Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Gir Somnath Foundation, we value every contribution made toward community welfare. Please read our policy on cancellation and refunds of donations.
Donation Cancellation
Once a donation is made through our online gateway or offline collection, it is generally considered final and non-refundable. Donations are immediately allocated to active social and environmental programs.
Accidental/Duplicate Donations
If you have made an accidental duplicate donation or entered an incorrect amount, please contact us at +91-8347944794 or info@girsomnathfoundation.org within 7 days of the transaction. We will review your request and process refunds at the management's discretion.
Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved by the trust board, the refund will be processed through the original payment mode (bank transfer/gateway reversal) within 10 to 15 working days.
